Melbourne portrait photographer for corporate, cultural & medical sectors. Custom Image Library Specialist.

My focus is environmental portraiture and stylistic reportage.

In other words, I photograph people in locations which illustrates their skills or conveys a story in a series of images.

Being offered access into peoples lives is a position I respect and the diversity of my subjects continues to interest and inspire me. Whether the commission allows only a few minutes with a CEO, or entails spending an afternoon capturing images portraying an artist at work, the approach and attention to detail remains the same.

Regardless of the project size, I will advise you how to keep it cost effective, uncomplicated and within budget. My adaptability and expertise with lighting enables the creation of strong images in some of the most adverse situations. Photographic techniques and equipment has evolved rapidly over the several decades I have worked in the industry. The steep learning curve I have stayed on throughout this period has given me an invaluable knowledge base and understanding of the field.

Early in my career, I was fortunate to have trained and worked in daily newspapers, magazines and theatres in Australia and the United Kingdom, this experience prepared me for just about any situation, at double speed.

My current client list includes companies in the corporate, educational, food, advertising, publishing, arts, dance and cultural sectors.

This website contains only a portion of my work. If you would like to view more specific imagery, please get in touch.
